Kan-Do
Kölsch (or koelsh, pronounced K’ul sh) is a German pale ale. This top-fermented beer uses ale yeast, noble hops, and light pilsner malt. The beer is fermented at warm temperatures to impart a fruity aspect, then spends a few weeks at colder temperatures. The cold temperatures give kölsch a crisp, dry quality while the ale yeast contributes some fruity and bread-like aromas and flavors not normally found in lagers.
Say-Son
Saison is an ale style of beer that originated in southern Belgium. Also called “farmhouse ale,” it’s a rustic beer that, unlike other styles, is open to the brewer’s interpretation. Saisons often use wild, top-fermenting yeast and a variety of local ingredients, including various grains.
Ole Limpy
American IPA is characterized by floral, fruity, citrus-like, piney or resinous American-variety hop character. The IPA beer style is all about hop flavor, aroma and bitterness.
Hazyboy
Our East Coast Hazy IPA with lots of citrus flavor
Stouts Honor
A stout is a dark, top-fermented, heavy-bodied beer style that originated in Great Britain and Ireland. It has a full-flavored ale taste. There are various types of stouts, such as dry stout, oatmeal stout, milk stout and imperial stout. Our stout is a milk stout, light in taste but dark in color and strong caramel/coffee flavor.
The Rizzler
Hefeweizen (hay-fuh-veyt-ssenn) is a wheat beer. It originated in Germany, uses a top-fermenting ale yeast, and at least 50 percent wheat malts alongside barley. It is characterized by a citrus after taste. It is light and hazy in color.
