Brewing Company
Inner Compass Brewing Company was initially established in 2014 in Sanford Florida where two business associates created the concept. The establishment was closed with the decision to move closer to the family in Bradenton and re-open once the location was identified. The head brewer and his family then moved to Bradenton and the process began. Due to the market volatility, it took time to locate just the “right” spot to build and to begin construction. With love and devotion from all our family and friends we have created our dream. It’s taken us over two years to construct our 7500 sq. ft. building which houses 2500 sq. ft. of brewhouse space, 2500 sq. ft. of taproom space, five hundred additional feet of space for an event room that can be closed off to the rest of the taproom for special occasions which has its own smaller bar. This bar can also serve the outside patio with an additional thirty-sixty-plus seats and an area for outside entertainment.
A full restaurant has been designed for efficiency providing both lunch and dinner. Chef created menu items to be paired with our own beers. Kid menus are available with crayons. On tap will be our beers brewed on sight and supplemented with beers only brewed in Florida breweries for a total of thirty taps.
As we understand not everyone enjoys craft beer as much as our owners, we do have a full liquor bar and a wine list that includes red and whites that will satisfy anyone’s palate. We will have a variety of High Noons, and specially created Mimosas made with Prosecco mixed with a variety of flavorings.
There is lots to do inside and out with games to entertain. There is a full stage inside the taproom and an outside patio for entertaining.

Owners
Rob and Susan Carrubba
Rob and Susan have been together 15 years. Both have been living in Bradenton over 26 years. Rob has 2 daughters, Brittany Sutherin and Breanna Demirhan. Susan has a daughter and a son. Robert Turner and Stephanie Turner. They have 6 grandchildren. Four girls and two boys. Rob has owned his own local remodeling company for over 10 years and has been instrumental in assisting with building the brewery from ground up. Susan is a registered nurse by background.
Head Brewer and Co-Owner
Robert Turner III
Robert is the lead brewer and has been brewing beer since the age of 18. He owned a brewery in Sanford, Florida from 2016 through 2020 when he and his family made the decision to move to Bradenton. He will continue to lead the brewing activity in the brewhouse working with his brewing assistant Nathan Krawczak. Robert is married to Danielle and they have three children, Aurora (16), Delilah (13) and Robbie (6) all from Bradenton.
General Manager
Brittany Sutherin
Brittany is a Florida native and has been in the restaurant industry for 21 years. Starting off as a hostess at the age of 15, she has been working her way to become a general manager. Her passion for providing great customer service and creating memorable experiences makes her a perfect fit to be our front of the house manager. She met her husband Brock at a local Brewery in Bradenton, and they have two beautiful children, Brighton (6) and Brody (5).
Brewer Assistant
Nate Krawczak
Nate is a master carpenter who loves the outdoors, and has been married to his beautiful wife Jessica for 17 years. They have a 15-year-old daughter named Leah. After years of being a beer consumer he has shifted gears and become a brewer's assistant, which he considers the best job in the world.
